Purpose
This document authorizes any individual or group, at any time, to organize, steward, extend, publish, or evolve work aligned with the Secretary Suite philosophy and architecture, using the Secretary Suite website and published materials as the guiding reference. This authorization exists to ensure continuity of knowledge, organization, and publication independent of my life, health, availability, or the persistence of any single website or platform. Authorization Any person or group is hereby authorized to:
- Organize working groups, collectives, or nodes aligned with Secretary Suite principles.
- Publish, archive, mirror, or redistribute materials derived from Secretary Suite concepts.
- Extend or adapt the architecture, philosophy, and standards, provided intent is preserved.
- Use the Secretary Suite website, papers, and public writings as a canonical guide, not a gate.
- Continue publication and organizational work indefinitely, including after my death.
No permission, license, contract, or personal approval is required beyond this document. Non-Ownership and Anti-Gatekeeping Clause
- Secretary Suite is not owned in a restrictive sense.
- No entity may claim exclusive control or gatekeep contributions.
- Adaptations must acknowledge the original philosophy to maintain provenance.
License Recommendation To facilitate redistribution and adaptation, materials derived from Secretary Suite are recommended to be released under a permissive license such as CC0 (Creative Commons Zero) or equivalent, which waives copyright and related rights to the extent possible, enabling unrestricted use while encouraging attribution for provenance. This is not mandatory but aligns with the project’s ethos of open continuity. How to Get Involved This project invites proactive participation to ensure its growth and sustainability. If you comprehend the Secretary Suite principles as articulated on secretarysuite.com and in associated publications, you are likely well-positioned to contribute effectively. To proceed:
- Review the foundational materials on secretarysuite.com to confirm alignment with the project’s vision.
- Check for existing initiatives: Search platforms such as GitHub, Discord, Reddit (e.g., r/SecretarySuite or related forums), or LinkedIn groups to determine if a community or working group has already been established. If one exists, join and collaborate.
- If no group is found, take the initiative: Establish a repository on GitHub or GitLab, announce the formation on relevant social channels and academic lists, and invite collaborators. Set up communication tools (e.g., Discord server or Matrix channel) for coordination.
This website will be updated with details of any organized group as soon as it is confirmed. The author may initiate such a group in the future but is currently prioritizing foundational publishing efforts. Your involvement is essential to realizing the Suite’s potential as a decentralized, adaptive ecosystem.
